Gibson Door & Millwork, Inc. has performed work on several projects for Turner Construction since 1997. This includes work performed at several buildings on the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center campus in Seattle, a nationally renowned and prominent Northwest cancer research and care facility. These buildings include the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance Center, New Yale Building, and work under contract for the Public Health Sciences building, which is presently under construction. Fred Hutchinson currently has 1 million square feet of occupied space. Gibson Door & Millwork has also installed the casework at the Seahawks Football Soccer Stadium, this work included all of the suites, and public spaces.

Gibson Door & Millwork, Inc. has completed their work successfully and we have found them to be very capable of managing installations on large institutional jobs.

This letter is to verify that Gibson Door & Millwork's performance at SAFECO Office project was professional and thorough. SAFECO's office building consisted of very high quality finishes and Gibson Door & Millwork's installation matched the quality of the product installed. Though Gibson was not contracted directly with Baugh, our supervision worked closely with Gibson's installers.

Gibson Door has been contracted on multiple Baugh/Skanska projects and remains in good standing for future projects.
